Welcome to Selfmento. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.selfmento.com and our mock‑interview services (“Services”). By creating an account, booking sessions, or otherwise using Selfmento, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts to use our Services.

2. Account Registration

• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering.

• You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity under your account.

3. Services & Plans

• Selfmento offers prepaid mock‑interview plans (“Plans”) that include an introductory call and a specified number of 40–45 minute sessions.

• Plan details, pricing, and features are described on our Pricing page.

• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any Plan at any time, provided that changes will not affect existing subscriptions mid‑term.

4. Introductory Call Requirement

• A brief, no‑charge introductory call is mandatory before purchasing any Plan.

• During this call, we’ll clarify your goals and recommend the best Plan for you.

5. Payments

• All fees are due in advance via the payment methods offered.

• Once payment is processed and the introductory call is completed, all fees are non‑refundable (see Section 7).

6. Scheduling, Cancellation & Rescheduling

• You may reschedule any booked session up to 12 hours before its start time without penalty.

• Cancellations or no‑shows less than 12 hours before a session will forfeit that session.

• If Selfmento must cancel a session, we will offer an alternative slot or credit for that session.

7. Refund Policy

• No refunds are provided after the introductory call has concluded.

• In exceptional circumstances (e.g., mentor unavailability for all remaining sessions), you may request a proportionate credit or refund for undelivered sessions.

8. User Obligations

• You agree to behave respectfully during all sessions.

• You may not record sessions without prior written consent from Selfmento.

• You must not share proprietary materials, infringe on third‑party rights, or use the Services for unlawful purposes.

9. Intellectual Property

• All content, materials, and trademarks on the Selfmento site and in our Services are the property of Selfmento or our licensors.

• You have a limited, non‑exclusive license to access and use our content solely for your personal interview preparation.

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

• No Guarantee of Employment: Selfmento does not guarantee job offers or interview outcomes.

• “As Is” Basis: Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Selfmento disclaims all warranties, and our total liability will not exceed the fees you paid in the 1 months prior to any claim.

11. Privacy

Your use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using Selfmento, you consent to the collection and use of information as set forth therein.

12. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will post the revised Terms with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
