Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Scope of Services

Selfmento provides prepaid one‑on‑one mock‑interview plans that include an introductory call and a fixed number of interview sessions with personalized feedback, we also take care of your growth by tracking your preparation on calls daily/weekly.​

2. Cancellation Policy

2.1 Rescheduling and Cancellation Window

You may cancel or reschedule a booked mock‑interview session up to 12 hours before the scheduled start time without penalty.​Jobber

2.2 Late Cancellation & No‑Show

Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the session, or failure to attend (“no‑show”), will result in forfeiture of that session without refund or credit.​

2.3 Selfmento‑Initiated Cancellations

If Selfmento must cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances or mentor unavailability, we will offer you an alternative slot or, at our discretion, a proportionate credit toward a future session.​

3. Refund Policy

3.1 No Refunds After Introductory Call

Because we invest time in understanding your needs during the mandatory introductory call, all payments are final once that call is completed.​

3.2 Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases where Selfmento is unable to deliver any portion of the paid service (e.g., mentor illness or technical failures), you may request a proportionate refund for the undelivered sessions within 7 days of the missed appointment.​

4. How to Request Cancellation or Refund

  1. Email us at selfmento@zohomail.in with your booking details and reason for cancellation.

  2. For late cancellations or no‑shows found eligible (per Section 2.3 or 3.2), we will process any credits or refunds within 14 business days.
